Justified On FX Is A New Favorite

U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) is a believable, blue-collar hero that exemplifies a man's man. This no-nonsense gun-slinger reminiscent of Clint Eastwood balances ass-kicking with a dash of empathy. Raylan is always true to his principles, doing what he thinks is right with little regard for his career or physical well being. He is a man of action, who never waits for backup and is frequently out gunned but never out classed. Constantly protecting the people he cares about and often choosing to drown his sorrows instead of share them.

The first season is over, and FX is only showing snippets of each episode on their website so you'll have to wait until their available on DVD. It’s well worth the wait.

Louie: A Winner About A Loser

I've already told you how much I like Justified, which up until now was the latest show on FX to earn a season pass on my DVR. This station continues to surprise me with its latest debut, Louie. Comedian Louie C.K. plays himself in this series that finds the humor in the daily interactions between Louie and his fellow New Yorkers. Hurry and you can catch the end of the first season Tuesdays at 11.
